With the support of the Development Bank of
Austria (OEEB), Sanadcom employees received training from the Frankfurt School of
Finance and Management MENA. The training was specialized
in the following areas:
1-The training by Elaine Salsa
aimed to train the participants on how to prepare and present a presentation
using modern day methods, in addition to how to present and deliver a message
clearly to different audiences
2-A training was delivered by gender expert Bettina Wittlinger De Lima to senior branch managers and
relationship managers at Sanadcom.The training focused on delivering
a better understanding of the sales process under a gender sensitive lens, the
difference between lending between genders, how to understand the needs of
customers and the right questions to ask.
3-Frankfurt School delivered two module webinars on Machine Learning from their bank's partner in Egypt, ALEX BANK.
The first module webinar, Data
Preparation for Machine Learning aimed to introduce the participants to the
various steps in preparing data, feature engineering and how to produce a data
set when starting ML Algorithm building.
The second module webinar, Machine Learning Principles, was aimed to discuss
machine learning’s ability to recognize valuable patterns in the mountains of
data that businesses collect and to understand how machine learning is
different to other types of analysis and data science, the necessary steps to
extract value from data with machine learning and using machine learning to
manage risk in practical terms.
